A travel designer plans and books your trip from start to finish, but goes beyond logistics. We take time to understand how you like to travel and build an itinerary around that, not a generic template.
The idea is similar, but the approach is more personal. We work with a small number of clients at a time and are involved in every detail, from the first conversation to the day you get home.
Planning fees start at $100 CAD for a simple trip and go up depending on complexity. There's also a free discovery call so you can get a feel for how we work before committing to anything.
Not necessarily. Our supplier relationships often come with perks like room upgrades, hotel credit and daily breakfast. In many cases those benefits offset the planning fee entirely.
Honeymoons, family holidays, group getaways, corporate retreats, milestone celebrations and more. If it involves travel, we can help design it.
No. We work with clients across Canada and beyond. Being based in Vancouver just means we have strong local connections for anyone travelling through the West Coast.
